Yu Dan's Experience in the Analects of Confucius

1、 The Way of Heaven, Earth, and ManConfucius said, "Heaven and Man are one. Teacher Yu Dan explained that this unity of heaven and man is the harmony between humans in nature. In the Analects of Confucius, Teacher Yu Dan also mentioned "forgiveness" and "benevolence". When it comes to "forgiveness", it means "do not do to others what you do not want", which means that you should not force others to do what you do not want to do.

2、 The Way of the Soul

Teacher Yu Dan said, "First of all, people should be able to handle life's regrets correctly. They should accept them in the shortest possible time, and supplement their regrets with inner calmness and composureNo matter what you do, you must have a good mindset, so that you can free up more time, do more valuable things, and live more efficiently and happily.

3、 The Way of Dealing with the World

Teacher Yu Dan said in his "Analects of Confucius" experience, "Whether it's for friends or leaders, we must adhere to a certain distance and control the measure of intimacy. Spacing and independence are a form of respect for personality, and this respect should have boundaries even next to the closest people.

We should always abide by Yu Dan's "Analects of Confucius" in our dealings with others, which states "think more, think more, listen more, see more, speak with caution, and act with caution." In our work, we should strive to speak less and do more, be proactive in our work, and speak with caution.

4、 The Way of Being upright

Teacher Yu Dan believes that a gentleman should have three levels: the first level is to be a kind person, without complaining about the heavens or being unreasonable. The second state is to have perseverance without constant production. The third realm is reserved but not contested, group but not party.

In the Analects, it is a principle to advocate for the peaceful, humble unity of friends with others. Self cultivation is a prerequisite for making good friends. Making good friends is equivalent to opening up the most friendly world for oneself, which can give oneself a shining life.

6、 The Way of Ideals

When Confucius talked about ideals in the Analects, he did not believe that the higher the ambition, the better. What really matters is a person's inner strength and beliefs. Teacher Yu Dan believes that no matter how big or small your ideals are, the foundation for achieving all of them lies in finding the true feelings in your heart.

7、 The Way of Life

Professor Yu Dan believes that ideals are not necessarily recognized as a form of power or money, but rather the most important thing that a person cares about in their lifetime, which is a spiritual sustenance.
